This is where it all started. A barbeque buff, Joe's spice rubs and sauces have been a treat to those who've had the chance to experience some of the creations that emerge from the smokers and the grills. You too can enjoy the magic in your kitchen, as have folks from coast to coast!

The original, one and only. The one Joe had to scale up from making a pound at a time for himself to 50-pound batches to keep his friends and family stocked. Yep, that Red Rub.

This all-purpose seasoning blend is nothing short of fantastic on meats, seafood, vegetables, eggs...anything you'd like to add a bit of zing to.

Use Red Rub on ribs, pork butt, brisket, chicken, turkey, venison, pheasant, lamb, goat, or just about anything going in the smoker or on the grill. Mix Red Rub with your favorite brew for a quick and tasty marinade. Sprinkle Red Rub over veggies for a bit of flair, a dash on that omelet livens up breakfast, add some zip to that queso dip with Red Rub. A smidgen on soup, or try it on fish, Red Rub brings the party to most every dish.
